Our Moroccan Lamb Burger Patties are a gourmet twist on our lamb patties blended with Moroccan spices.
Must be fully cooked to centre temperature of 75°C (piping hot). If product is thawed, halve the following cooking times.
Hot Plate / Frypan
Cook from frozen for 6 minutes 30 seconds per side on a hot plate or frypan.
Cook from frozen for 18 minutes at 200°C.
Cook each patty from frozen on high for 1 minute 15 seconds per side. (Times may vary depending on quantity heated and oven power).
Lamb (72%), Rehydrated Onion, Breadcrumb (wheat flour, water, yeast, canola oil, acidity regulator (262)), Herbs and Spices, Egg, Tomato Sauce (traces of soy), Whey Protein Concentrate (milk protein), Salt, Sugar, Modified Food Starch (1442), Mineral Salt (451), Hydrolysed Maize Protein, Food Acid (330).
Contains wheat, gluten, egg and milk products. May contain traces of soy.
