In the centre of our home-style beef rissole is a smooth plum sauce. A spin on French cuisine, they are unique and delicious.
Must be fully cooked to centre temperature of 75°C (piping hot). If product is thawed, halve the following cooking times.
Cook from frozen for 20 minutes at 200°C.
Cook each patty from frozen on high for 1 minute per side. (Times may vary depending on quantity heated and oven power).
