Angel Bay Stir Fry

Method

  1. Bake patties in oven for 10 minutes, slice finely and divide into 10.

  2. Cook rice in rice cooker and let cool.

  3. Warm soy sauce and add honey.

  4. Slice capsicums and mushrooms.

  5. Blanch broccoli in salted boiling water and refresh in cold water.

  6. Stir fry all veggies in a little hot oil for 5 minutes and then add soy honey. Mix and cook for a further 2 minutes.

  7. Portion rice into bowls or containers.

  8. Top with veggie and patties.
