4 x Toasted Brioche Buns
4 x Potato Hash Browns
Peel the skin from the black pudding and cut it into slices. Fry.
Cook Angel Bay Gourmet Lamb Patties according to instructions on the packaging.
Fry hash browns.
Toast the brioche buns.
On the bottom part on the bun, add a big dollop of beetroot relish.
Then, add the gherkins, the Gourmet Lamb Patty, the hash browns and the black pudding.
Add the top bun and enjoy!
