Angel Bay Slider Buns


  • 3 x Angel Bay Super Gourmet Beef Sliders

  • 3 x Slider Buns

  • 20g Mozzarella

  • 20g Gorgonzola

  • 20g Cheddar

  • 1/3 Cup Rocket

  • 3 tsp Dijon Mustard

  • 6 tsp Garlic Aioli

  • 1 White Onion - sliced

Serves 1


  1. Cook Angel Bay Super Gourmet Beef Sliders according to packet instructions.

  2. Caramelise onions for 30 minutes on a low heat or until they’re a rich caramel colour.

  3. Start with bottom half of the bun then add, 1tsp Dijon, 1tsp caramelised onion, and rocket.

  4. Add slider patty then add Mozzarella/Gorgonzola/Cheddar, and 2tsp garlic aioli on the top bun and complete the stack.

  5. Consume and enjoy.
