Classic Kiwi Burger


  • 4 x Angel Bay Premium Angus Beef Patties

  • 4 x Milk Buns, cut in half

  • 1 x White Onion, sliced into rings

  • 4 x Slices of Swiss Cheese

  • 3 x Pickles, cut into rounds

  • Iceberg Lettuce, torn into pieces

  • Ketchup

  • American Yellow Mustard

  • Mayonnaise

Serves 4


  1. Cook Angel Bay Premium Angus Beef Patties according to packet instructions.

  2. Start with the bottom half of the bun. Swirl on the ketchup, zig zag the mustard, lay 5-7 pieces of pickle, and 3 onion rings.

  3. Add patty, Swiss cheese, lettuce, a generous amount of mayo on top half of the bun and complete the stack.

  4. Consume your burger & enjoy.
