English Beef Sandwich


  • 4 x Angel Bay Gourmet Beef Patties

  • 4 tsp Horseradish Cream

  • 8 tsp Dijon Mustard

  • 2 cups Baby Rocket

  • 1 x Onion, sliced

  • 4 x Ciabatta Rolls, cut in half

  • 100g Gorgonzola

  • Flaky Salt

Serves 4


  1. Cook Angel Bay Gourmet Beef Patties according to packet instructions.

  2. Caramelise onions for 30 minutes on a low heat or until they’re a rich caramel colour.

  3. Spread 2tsp Dijon mustard on the bottom half of the ciabatta roll, follow with generous amount of caramelised onion, patty, 25g Gorgonzola, ¼ cup rocket, a pinch of flaky salt and spread top bun with horseradish cream and finish off stack.

  4. Consume with an ale & enjoy.
