4 x 120g Angel Bay Super Gourmet Beef Patties
4 x Brioche burger buns
4 x Slices of Swiss cheese
Handful of ‘fancy’ lettuce
3 Tbsp Aioli
Cook the Beef Patties according to the instructions on the packet. When cooked add the Swiss cheese and grill until cheese melts.
Split the burger buns and lightly toast on the grill.
To assemble the burger, place the patty on the bottom bun, then a leave or two of fancy lettuce, tomato, gherkin and a good dollop of aioli and then replace the bun's top.
Serve with your favourite fries.
