4 x Angel Bay Gourmet Lite Beef Patties or Gourmet Lamb Patties
4 x Slices of Organic Sourdough
1 Cup washed Baby Spinach
2 x Avocado - smashed
80g Crumbled Feta
12 x Cherry Tomatoes - blackened skins
Salt and Pepper
Cook Angel Bay Gourmet Lite Beef Patties according to packet instructions.
Cut and scoop avocados into a bowl then smash with a spoon.
In a hot pan throw in cherry tomatoes and blacken the skins.
Start with a slice of sourdough then apply a generous amount of smashed avocado followed with spinach, patty, crumbled feta, 3 tomatoes, and salt & pepper.
Finish with a drizzle of olive oil.
