New Zealand Angus Burger

Ingredients

  • 4 x Angel Bay Premium Angus Beef Patties
  • 4 x Milk Buns, cut in half
  • 8 x Strips of Maple Bacon
  • 12 x Crumbed Onion Rings
  • 4 x Slices of Smoked Cheese
  • 3 x Large Pickles, cut into rounds
  • 1 x Red Onion, sliced into rings
  • BBQ Sauce
  • Mayonnaise

Serves 4

Method

  1. Bake onion rings according to packet instructions.

  2. Cook the Angel Bay Premium Angus Beef Patties according to packet instructions.

  3. Place a generous amount of mayo on the bottom half of the bun, followed with 5-7 pieces of sliced pickle, 3 rings of red onion, patty, slice of smoked cheese, 2 strips of bacon and baked onion rings.

  4. Spoon over BBQ sauce and place top bun to complete the stack.

  5. Enjoy & enjoy some more.
