The Jamaican Jerk Bay Burger

Angel Bay Jamaican Jerk BBQ Brisket Beef Patties
4 x Burger buns
Mayonnaise
Tomato Sauce
8 x Streaky bacon
Pickles, sliced
Tomatoes, sliced
Serves 4
Method
Cook the bacon in a medium pan until crispy.
Cook the Angel Bay Jamaican Jerk BBQ Brisket Beef patty as per the cooking instructions.
Combine the tomato sauce and the mayonnaise in a bowl and mix.
Now for the build.
Place some sauce on the bottom off the burger bun, add the pickles, tomatoes, burger patty, followed by the crispy bacon and some more sauce.
Then pop on the top and enjoy.
