4 x 40g Angel Bay Super Gourmet Beef Sliders
4 x slider buns
4 Tbsp of Tomato Relish (we suggest Barker's)
1 cup of cos lettuce
2 x avocados
1 finely chopped red chilli
Juice of 1 lemon
1 packet of cherry tomatoes
Jalapeno peppers (optional for serving)
Cook Super Gourmet Beef Sliders according to the instructions on the packet.
Split and lightly toast the burger buns under the grill.
Prepare avocado smash with finely sliced chilli, juice of 1 lemon and salt & pepper to season.
Spread a generous layer of tomato relish on the bottom bun, place lettuce, pattie, avocado smash and chopped cherry tomatoes.
Replace the bun's top and you're ready to serve.
Serve alone as nibbles or alongside potato wedges for dinner.
