Topless Angel Bay Gourmet Lite Burgers


  • 4 x Angel Bay Gourmet Lite Beef Patties

  • ½ Cucumber, skin and seeds removed

  • ¾ cup Plain Greek Yogurt

  • 2 x Cloves of Garlic, pressed or minced

  • Handful of Mint

  • Salt and Pepper

  • 2 x Burger Buns

  • Mesclun Lettuce

  • 1 x Red Onion

  • Handful of Cabbage, finely sliced

Serves 4


  1. Prepare the tzatziki by grating the cucumber and placing in a paper towel to drain liquid.

  2. In a bowl add the drained grated cucumber, yogurt, garlic, chopped mint, salt and pepper and mix well.

  3. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

  4. Prepare the burger by splitting and lightly toasting the burger buns in oven on grill.

  5. Cook the Angel Bay Gourmet Lite Beef Patties according to the instructions on the packet.

  6. Spread a generous amount of tzatziki sauce on the base bun, place the pattie and layer with a handful of meslcun lettuce, red onion and finely sliced cabbage.

  7. Serve and enjoy!
