Angel Bay Smoky, Tangy & Cheesy Beef Patties
4 x Brioche Buns
50g Rocket
Red Onion, sliced

Horseradish Cream
100g Mayonnaise
60g Sour Cream
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1-2 Tbsp Crushed Horseradish
Salt and Pepper to taste
Serves 4
Method
Cook the Angel Bay Smoky, Tangy & Cheesy Beef Patties according to the instructions on pack.
To make the horseradish cream, mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
To assemble, spoon some sauce on the bottom bun, add the rocket, onion and finally the patty. spread some sauce on the top bun and you are good to go.
