Caprese Meatball Skewers

Method

  1. Start by preparing your Angel Bay Gourmet Beef Meatballs according to the product instructions. We recommend using a hot plate to get a caramelised finish on the meatballs.

  2. Wash and prepare your tomatoes. Be sure to only use tomatoes that are firm to touch as these will skewer cleanly.

  3. Skewer your meatballs, mozzarella, basil leaves and cherry tomatoes making sure to get two of each item on the skewer. This recipe can also be adapted for mini-skewers for catering.

  4. Serve on a small tapas-style plate for added wow-factor.
