Chipotle Halloumi Veggie Burger

Ingredients

  • 1 x pack of Angel Bay Gourmet Veggie Burger Patties
  • Brioche Buns
  • 1 cup Red Cabbage, shredded
  • Small bunch of Coriander
  • 4 x Radishes, shredded
  • 2 x Limes
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • Pinch of Chilli Flakes
  • 1 x Carrot, shredded
  • 1 Tbsp Chipotle, plus a little extra for the top bun
  • 1 x block of Halloumi, cut in 1cm thick slices
  • Lettuce

Method

  1. Combine cabbage, carrots, radishes, coriander, limes, olive oil, chilli flacks and chipotle to make slaw.

  2. Cook Angel Bay patties according to the instructions on the pack.

  3. Fry Halloumi in a pan for 30 seconds each side.

  4. Assemble your burger.
