Harissa Lamb Burger

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C and cook the Angel Bay Gourmet Lamb Patties according to the instructions on the packet.

  2. While the patties are cooking, slice the haloumi into 4 equal pieces. Heat a splash of olive oil in a non-stick pan on a medium heat. Add the haloumi and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden and crispy. Remove, cover and keep warm.

  3. When the patties are cooked, brush each one with a teaspoon of harissa paste.

  4. To build each burger, spread a tablespoon of mayonnaise on the base of each bun, top with a good handful of spinach, then the Angel Bay Gourmet Lamb Patty, a lovely slice of crispy haloumi, and top with the bun.
