Spicy Beef Burger

Ingredients

  • 4 x Angel Bay Premium Angus Beef Burgers
  • 4 x Brioche Burger Buns
  • 8 x Cheddar Cheese, sliced
  • 2-3 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Fullin style chilli sauce
  • 2-3 x Iceburg Lettuce leaves, shredded
  • 1-2 x Tomatoes, sliced
  • 4 x Gherkins, sliced
  • 3 Tbps Mayonnaise

Serves 4

Method

  1. Cook burgers from frozen following the packet instructions.

  2. Start building the spicy beef burger by placing 2 slices of cheese on the bottom half of the bun and grill for 1 minute to melt the cheese.

  3. Spread a generous amount of chilli sauce on the melted cheese, then top with the tomato, lettuce, burger, mayonnaise, gherkin, more chilli sauce, and the bun to complete.
