4 x Angel Bay Jamaican Jerk BBQ Brisket Beef Patties
4 x Brioche Burger Buns
4 x slices of cheese
Red and Green Cabbage, chopped
Cook the Angel Bay Jamaican Jerk BBQ Brisket patties as per the instructions.
To make the coleslaw dressing, combine the Greek yoghurt, coconut cream and English mustard in a bowl and whisk up. Add some salt & pepper to taste.
Add half the cabbage into the dressing and mix, then add the remaining cabbage and mix.
Chop the coriander and add to the coleslaw.
Toast the bun in the pan.
Add the cheese slices to the burger patties when you have 5 minutes of cooking time left. You want this lovely and melted on top of the patty.
Burger build time. Place some lettuce on the bottom bun, followed by the patty with melted cheese.
Add a few slices of avocado, the coconut cream coleslaw and finally a spoon or two of the corn relish.
Then on goes the lid. Yum!
