All Stars - My Little Terrace Kebabs

Ingredients

• 1 x Angel Bay Gourmet Meatballs
• Red Onion
• Capsicum
• Pineapple
• BBQ Sauce
• Olive Oil
• Hawthorn Cake
• Edible Flowers for garnishing

Method

1. Make the kebabs by adding the capsicum, pineapple, red onion, and Angel Bay Gourmet Beef Meatballs.

2. Simply add oil and the kebabs in the griddle pan. Make sure the Gourmet Meatballs cook through.

3. Add some BBQ sauce to a plate and place the kebabs on top.

4. Add a bit more oil and garnish using the edible flowers and Hawthorn cake.

5. Enjoy!
