4 x Angel Bay Gluten Free Beef Patties
½ Telegraph Cucumber - sliced into ribbons
2 x Tomato - sliced
1 x Red Onion - sliced into rings
1 Cup washed Baby Spinach
1 x Loaf of gluten free Turkish bread
2 Cups Natural Yoghurt
Zest and Juice of 1 lemon
1 x Handful Mint - roughly chopped
Cook Angel Bay Gluten Free Beef Patties according to packet instructions.
Combine yoghurt, mint, zest and juice of lemon together and chill.
Place gluten free Turkish bread as a base and top with spinach followed by sliced tomato, patty, red onion, tzatziki and cucumber ribbons.
Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
