½ Cucumber, peeled into ribbons
2 x Tomato, sliced
1 x Red Onion, sliced into rings
1 cup Baby Spinach
1 x Loaf of Gluten Free Turkish Bread
2 cups Natural Yoghurt
Zest and Juice of 1 lemon
1 x Handful Mint, roughly chopped
Serves 4
Cook Angel Bay Gourmet Gluten Free Beef Patties according to packet instructions.
Combine yoghurt, mint, zest and juice of lemon together and chill.
Place gluten free Turkish bread as a base and top with spinach followed by sliced tomato, patty, red onion, tzatziki and cucumber ribbons.
Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
