Greek Open Sandwich


  • 4 x Angel Bay Gluten Free Beef Patties
  • ½ Cucumber, peeled into ribbons
  • 2 x Tomato, sliced
  • 1 x Red Onion, sliced into rings
  • 1 cup Baby Spinach
  • 1 x Loaf of Gluten Free Turkish Bread
  • 2 cups Natural Yoghurt
  • Zest and Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 x Handful Mint, roughly chopped

Serves 4


  1. Cook Angel Bay Gourmet Gluten Free Beef Patties according to packet instructions.

  2. Combine yoghurt, mint, zest and juice of lemon together and chill.

  3. Place gluten free Turkish bread as a base and top with spinach followed by sliced tomato, patty, red onion, tzatziki and cucumber ribbons.

  4. Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
