Greek Open Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 4 x Angel Bay Gluten Free Beef Patties

  • ½ Telegraph Cucumber - sliced into ribbons

  • 2 x Tomato - sliced

  • 1 x Red Onion - sliced into rings

  • 1 Cup washed Baby Spinach

  • 1 x Loaf of gluten free Turkish bread

  • 2 Cups Natural Yoghurt

  • Zest and Juice of 1 lemon

  • 1 x Handful Mint - roughly chopped

Serves 4

Method

  1. Cook Angel Bay Gluten Free Beef Patties according to packet instructions.

  2. Combine yoghurt, mint, zest and juice of lemon together and chill.

  3. Place gluten free Turkish bread as a base and top with spinach followed by sliced tomato, patty, red onion, tzatziki and cucumber ribbons.

  4. Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
