MAYO: Stir the reduced cream, soup mix and the malt vinegar together in a bowl. Chill for at least 30 minutes. Stir in the mayo when assembling the burgers.
Cook the burger patties according to the packet instructions.
TO ASSEMBLE: Spread the bun bases and tops generously with the mayo. Place the lettuce on the bases then the Angel Bay Premium Angus Beef Patties. Layer up a good dollop of the tomato relish, avocado, tomato, bacon and the pickles. Add the bun tops and serve immediately.
