15 x Angel Bay Gourmet Beef Meatballs
1 x Baguette - cut into 3
2 Cups Tomato Passata Sauce
1 x Small Block of Parmesan Cheese
Cook Angel Bay Gourmet Beef Meatballs according to packet instructions.
Heat Passata sauce.
Slice pieces of baguette down the middle but not all the way through, brush with olive oil, sprinkle with grated parmesan and lightly toast.
Place meat balls into toasted bread, top with generous spoons of tomato passata then mozzarella cheese and a sprinkling of parmesan.
Flash in the oven for 3-5mins to melt cheese.
Devour & enjoy.
