Here in New Zealand, we know how to produce good lamb. And at Angel Bay, we know how to produce a good burger patty – if we do say so ourselves. So, when we decided to combine these two facts, our Gourmet Lamb Patties were born. Packed full of delicious flavours, these succulent patties will mix up your classic family burger night in the best way possible.
Must be fully cooked to centre temperature of 75°C (piping hot). If product is thawed, halve the following cooking times.
BBQ / Hot Plate
Cook from frozen for 5 minutes per side on BBQ or hot plate.
Cook from frozen for 20 minutes at 200°C.
Microwave each patty from frozen for approximately 1 minute 20 seconds per side. (Times may vary depending on quantity heated and oven power).
Lamb (76%), Rehydrated Onion, Breadcrumb (wheat flour, water, yeast, canola oil, salt, acidity regulator (262)), Egg, Whey Protein Concentrate (milk protein), Salt, Hydrolysed Maize Protein, Spices, Mineral Salt (451).
