Here in New Zealand, we know how to produce good lamb. And at Angel Bay, we know how to produce a good burger patty – if we do say so ourselves. So, when we decided to combine these two facts, our Gourmet Lamb Patties were born. Packed full of delicious flavours, these succulent patties will mix up your classic family burger night in the best way possible.
Remove from packaging before cooking. Product must be fully cooked to centre temperature of 75°C (piping hot). If product is thawed, halve the following cooking times.
Oven Fan Bake
Preheat oven to 200oC. Cook from frozen for 16-18 minutes, turning partway through.
Cook from frozen on a medium heat for 13-15 minutes, turning every 3-4 minutes.
Microwave (1000w) each patty from frozen for approximately 1 minute 20 seconds per side. Rest for 1-2 minutes. (Microwave heating times may vary depending on number of patties heated and microwave power).
Cook from frozen on 180oC for 13-14 minutes, turning partway through. Heating times may vary depending on the number of patties and air fryer power.
Lamb (76%), Rehydrated Onion, Breadcrumb (wheat flour, water, yeast, canola oil, salt, acidity regulator (262)), Egg, Whey Protein Concentrate (milk protein), Salt, Hydrolysed Maize Protein, Spices, Mineral Salt (451).
